Within 5 minutes walk to the beach, this private two-level villa is one of five private villa suites located at the entrance to the Ocotal gated community and just in front of Ocotal Resort. The view is breathtaking from the beautiful, fully equipped and newly furnished five-bedroom villa suite, with its own private pool on the shaded balcony. The villa suite has three bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. In addition the mini-suite is equipped with a trundle bed and the living room sectional has a queen size sleeper. The main villa can sleep 8 to 10, and the mini suite can sleep an additional two guests. The villa has a spacious kitchen with all new appliances The villa comes equipped with cable TV, laundry facilities, air conditioning and wireless Internet access. On the premises is a shared pool and rancho. Close by you have the Father Rooster restaurant or the restaurant facilities at the Ocotal Resort. www.villavistazul.com.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly Rentals from $1,950 to $3,200 per week
  • Reservation Policy - 50% deposit due upon confirmation of your reservation. The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30-day period, the full amount is due immediately. For Christmas and New Years 100% of the payment must be made by October 31st. Reservations made after October 31st must be 100% prepaid at time of reservation. Easter week reservations must pay deposit within 30 days after reservation and 100% of the payment must be made before January 31st. Reservations on or after January 31st must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
  • Cancellation Policy – All deposits are non-refundable. If medical emergency prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guest to rebook at a future date at the prevailing rates and subject to availability. Security Deposit – Rather than collecting a security deposit in advance, a credit card voucher will be required to be signed at check-in. This voucher will be used to cover any missing items or damage.

We had a fabulous stay at Bella Vista Azul. The house was beautiful and accomadated our large family very nicely. The kitchen was well equipt will everything you could thing of to prepare and serve our food. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Our manager, Melissa was very helpful whenever we needed anything. The housekeeper Claudia did a fabulous job of keeping up with a zoo of a family! If I were to ever go back to Costa Rica, I would not hesitate to stay in this house again. The whole experience was absolutely unforgetable!
