The three best ski resorts in the United States are within less than a 5 minute drive from this condo. Skiing in Utah is incomparable! 'Utah has the greatest snow on earth.' The resorts within a 5 minute drive (or less) are Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons. Snowbird and Alta are a 45 minute drive from Park City. This condo is the perfect location for a ski vacation or attending the Sundance Festival. It's a flat, easy, 1 1/2 block walk to the free shuttle. It's easy to ride the free shuttle to restaurants or the ski resorts. While a car is recommended for 'ease', it is not necessary at all. Cabs are easy to take to and from the grocery store or you can take the bus to and from the grocery stores. Our condo is an excellent location for a relaxing ski vacation.

  • Rates vary by season from $475 - $525 per night. 10.4% tax required by the state.
  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    A payment of 50% of the total rental is due within 7 days after the reservation is made. The full payment is due 60 days before arrival. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate equal to the amount we recover less a $175 handling fee. If we are not able to rent the unit following your cancellation, the money paid to date will be retained by the owner.

    Add 3% fee for credit card payment.
  • Daily rates vary from $475 per night to $525 per night depending on season.
    Exit cleaning fee only charged on stays of 3 nights or less. For stays of 4 nights or more, there is no exit cleaning fee.

Beautiful, new hardwood floors Private hot tub on deck. Great for 2 families or a group of 6 - 8. Open great room type living room, dining area and kitchen. One level living in the condo. No interior steps to contend with. Upscale linens. End unit. Quiet. Relaxing

I was in town on buisness and I wanted to be close to the mountain so I could run and hike during my down time. This place was within walking distance to beautiful trails as well as restaurants and convenience stores.

In addition, it had every ammenity that I needed for work (internet, cel service) and play (TV, jacuzzi, views at night, etc...). Very clean, quiet and serene. I couldn't have been more pleased and I can't wait to bring my family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very relaxing, clean, comfortable ski condo

This was our first trip to Deer Valley with our small children and it won't be our last. The condo was great--spacious, beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. Carole was incredibly easy to work with and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. The condo worked very well for our family and we could easily have had another family as well--there was plenty of space. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful!!!!, You can see the fireworks and the lights on the ski slopes from the livingroom. Comfortable beds,open livingroom, dinning room table seats 10 easily. The hot tub with a view is great for after the slopes. Easy walk to the free shuttle bus.Can't wait to get back. Love staying there.
