Policies:
All rates are subject to 7% Sales and 5% Tourist tax. House keeping charges are $120 per reservation and is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
For rentals less than a week the cost will be for minimum six nights plus tax. Pool is brand new and heated free (up to 82 degrees). The heat works when the outside temperature is over 55 degrees. Heating cost extra for requesting temperature over 82 degrees.
Refunds:
Cancellation: Full refund when cancelled within 60 days of arrival. Partial refund is made depending on re-lease of the property if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
The $300 Security deposit will be refunded back 30 days after departure.
Long distance calls (except US and Canada calls included in our phone plan), extra kitchen-cleaning charges, or damages to this property caused by tenants will be deducted from the deposit.
US and Canada long distance are provided FREE as our welcome gift.
International or and other chargeable calls (please inquire) are chargeable.
Deposit Policy:
First-Come-First-Serve Policy for reservation. When a reservation is made, the property will not be available for reservation. Inquiry about the property does not guarantee the property will be available for reservation.

Deposit is non refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by credit cards via PayPal (add 3% e-mail for detail).
