The townhouse features three bedrooms with 2.5 baths, a living room and dining room, a full kitchen and a one car garage with an automatic door opener. There is a private patio off the kitchen that allows for out door relaxing and entertaining. The master bathroom is equipped with a garden tub and a walk in shower. The living room has a gas fireplace that is ideal for those who enjoy the cozy atmosphere of experiencing a home away from hone. The townhouse is fully furnished and outfitted with all necessary house wares. A full capacity washer and dryer are in the unit as well. It is located close to all major highways and is just minutes from downtown Atlanta. Lawrenceville, gives the advantage of being close to Atlanta and yet very much urban in character. Lawrenceville abounds with many retail shops and fining restaurant's for dining. The nightly rental has been reduced to $115 per night in consideration of the recession.

Nice and Clean Home

I stayed at this townhouse with my family during the weekend of May 16 and it was a pleasant experience. Property was clean and well-maintained. Everything worked except for the garage door which had to be opened manually because the automatic was not fixed. The description of the house is accurate. However, the rate per weekend is inaccurate. Overall, owner provided good customer service except that he did not provide for adequate flexibility. Note: House is 45mins or more driving time from downtown atlanta. I'll recommend property to a friend but with a few reservations.

Perfect Location for Atlanta Attractions

My family stayed a week here and was very pleased with the accomadations. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished and very easy to find. The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the the big city, but only about 30 minute drives from Stone Mountain, Turner Field, Atlanta Underground, Six Flags ,etc. And very close to several nice restaurants. And the owner was very nice to work with. There was an issue with the cable TV, but the owner made sure it was taken care by getting someone out to fix it on Sunday before our arrival. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
