This air conditioned executive level vacation retreat is available year round. The home is also suitable for 2 families vacationing together or a small family reunion. The landscaped yard has both garden and grassed area surrounded by trees which provide shade and privacy. Vacationers have access to the beautiful private sandy beach which is only one short block away. A private parking area is also available at the beach. Shopping, boutiques, dining, video arcade and other child friendly activities are available on Grand Bend's bustling Main Street. Main Beach and Grand Bend's Main Street are a three minute drive from our home.No week-end only rentals in July or August

An abundance of wildlife like unique birds, free roaming deer, even world famous butterflies all share the magnificence of the area. The Pinery Provincial Park, Lambton Heritage Museum as well as the Rotary Trail are just some of the things to see and do in our area.

Our group of 4 couples (early 30s) get together every year to relax and get away from the city life.
This cottage was perfect for us, more than enough room, and we didn't need to bring anything but ourselves! Fully stocked cottage: propane bbq, cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking pots and pans, coffee maker and washer/driyer!
The beach was a leisure 5 min walk, however there were parking passes if you were feeling lazy (I admit to have used it once!).
The location was perfect, close to the private beach, very close to the main strip and grocery & liquor store.
Brian was very easy to deal with, and answered all my questions.
It was the perfect "home" for us for the week!

All that I can say is......BEAUTIFUL!! Everything in the home was PERFECT. The distance to the beach is an honest 4 minute walk and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was more than you could ask for in a "get away" home. Whether your playing foosball in front of the fire place, or enjoying the gorgeous deck right off the kitchen.....you'll enjoy your trip to this Executive home.

Great Summer Get-Away for our Family

Last year my parents were looking for a place to stay by the beach with their adult children and their families for a week-long summer vacation. They found this wonderful get-away in Southcott Pines. Everyone enjoyed the week so much that we are once again renting it for a week-long stay this summer. The owner is great to get along with and makes sure everything is up to par at the beginning of the stay, and also upon leaving. The property is spic and span clean, well-maintained and all the amenities of home are supplied. The extra long dining table and outside deck saw many evenings of fun family card-playing. The teens and pre-teens in our group enjoyed their own little area in the lower level of the cottage, and they also took advantage of the many bikes supplied. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away, and you can easily walk to the ever popular "main drag" to enjoy an afternoon of shopping, food and games for the kids (young and old). We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and can confidently say that our family will be enjoying this annual retreat for years to come. Thanks Brian for making our stay in Grand Bend so enjoyable!

First class in every way

My wife and I were able to take our family (5 kids) to your cottage last July. The location is perfect in regards to the beach, strip , grocery stores etc. The house is clean , modern, and quite comfortable. We loved our time at your house and we are planning our next visit there this summer. We loved the fact that we didn't need to bring all the extras when we went because it was all provided. Perfect for our group!

Our group of ladies was celebrating our 10th year of cottaging together for 4 days each summer. We had spent 4 of the years in Southcott Pines, then travelled to Turkey Point, Port Franks, and Wasaga Beach. This year we decided it was time to go back to Grand Bend. This cottage was excellent. We were less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful private beach and a nice walk into the Bend. The cottage was immaculate and very well equipped with plenty of space to accommodate us. We had lovely dishes and cutlery, all the cooking supplies we needed, right down to dish soap, hand soap, and tinfoil. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone. It is everything you see on the website and more. It is even nicer than the pictures can show!
