The bedroom features a King size bed and the new kitchen has full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and the full size stove. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, poolside cafe, bayside chickee bar, restaurant and lounge for evening dining. Onsite fishing, shelling sunset cruises and boat dockage. Walk to shopping, marina, bicycle and moped rentals, and great seafood restaurants.

Marco Island is located in the gulf of Mexico in the far Southwest corner of Florida. It is nestled just south of Naples area. The Island is 4 miles by 6 miles and encompasses 6,800 acres. It is the largest island of the surrounding 10,000 islands. Marco Island features 6 miles of beach and over 100 miles of waterways. Within 30 minutes driving are airboat tours in the Everglades, shopping in Naples and fantastic golf. Airports: 30 minutes to Naples; 50 minutes to Fort Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Fort Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami and 3 hours to Tampa.

We would definitely recommend this condo. It is very CLEAN and bright, immaculate, in fact. Everything we needed was there and was top notch. We arrived late evening and the lights in the condo were on welcoming us - a nice touch. Everything is close by, just a 10-15 minute walk to the grocery store, post office, liquor store, souvenir stores, etc. Tons of restaurants round about to choose from. The Snook Inn is great and is right on the water, only 5 minutes away. We are planning our next visit already - probably next spring. We would recommend having a car. This place is definitely a winner!

Special Week In Marco !

Property was VERY clean, and workers were abound to help anyone who needed it....we did not !! This owner was a breeze to deal with...a couple of emails, and everything was taken care of ! The Dolphin Tiki, right on the dock has tremendous food & drink, and is in walking distance, and very reasonable...and the food was EXCELLENT!!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone....we will probably be back again next year, if the dates match up for us. We rented a car, but within a few blocks are all the necessary shops and stores one would need. It helped to have the car to go off island to play golf, as I did, or to take a ride to the Gulf for some sun and waves !! Great time, very relaxing, pools were great, hot tubs were relaxing, and it was very, very CLEAN!! Congratulations on providing us with a great property to rent ! WE SHALL RETURN !!!
