The resort community of Innsbrook has the feel of Canada with its 80 lakes (none allowing gas-powered motors) and 7,000 rolling, wooded acres replete with amazing wildlife. Within the private lands of Innsbrook, there are beaches, concerts, nature trails, a restaurant and country store, horse stables, art shows, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, a 4-star certified Audubon Sanctuary public golf course, and a conference center with a work-out area, banquet rooms and an outdoor pool.

Luxury 4BR Lake home 1HR west of Downtown St. Louis, on quiet & clean Lake Alpine, a 236 acre lake that forbids gas-powered motors (as does the entire resort). Privacy abounds on 1.8 acres of dense trees and a 180 foot shoreline with a private cove dock. Timbersee, originally an Innsbrook display home, has 30 foot ceilings with stunning lake views from 3 of 4 bedrooms, and a 36 X 46 great room overlooking the water. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a den with a 50-inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and a pool table. The master suite is upstairs along with a guest bedroom and additional 1/2 bathroom. The storage room has several water toys. The private resort of Innsbrook has 80 lakes in 7,000 rolling, wooded acres replete with amazing wildlife. One of many amenities includes a 4-star certified Audubon Sanctuary public golf course. Missouri wine country is 1/2 hour away, with numerous vineyards and wineries with scenic vistas overlooking the Missouri River Valley.

  • The master suite has a stunning lake view from the upper level, and has two separate sinks, a stand-alone shower, and an oversized tub, and toilette of course. A guest bedroom is upstairs with view from the front of the house. There is a 1/2 bathroom upstairs as well. The lower level has two bedrooms--both with lake views, and there is a full bathroom downstairs.

Notes: Innsbrook has a community center with a fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub. There are outdoor tennis courts in two locations as well as a basketball court outside. There is a horse stable and horse arena and outdoor theater. Cultural events also take place at the community center. The 4-star golf course has a clubhouse restaurant and there is a country store on the property that provides the basic necessities and ice cream. The nearest grocery store is in Wright City, approximately 5 miles from Innsbrook's main guard gate. We have a number of water toys, such as fins and floating chairs.

Innsbrook Resort and Conference Center: Missouri wine country is approximately 30 minutes away on country roads, with numerous vineyards and wineries with scenic vistas overlooking the Missouri River Valley. Innsbrook has taken an environmentally conscious approach to its developmental design. While the accommodations are tasteful & aesthetic, you still feel immersed in nature when you are here. It's difficult to explain how nice it is. Innsbrook is a classy wooded sanctuary near St. Louis, yet is the antithesis of suburban sprawl.

Outdoor Activities: There are many miles of paved, winding and hilly roads within the resort itself, and also wonderful paved country roads in Warren & neighboring Franklin Counties, that make for tremendous cycling. One of the cyclist owners has mapped the area for suggested rides. There are also a number of nature trails within Innsbrook for excellent off-road running or hiking. Innsbrook hosts two very popular triathlons each year--a quarter max in June and a half-max in September. The horse stables offer rides as well.

Golf: Innsbrook's golf course is a 4-Star Certified Audubon Sanctuary and is open to the public. It has a clubhouse with a restaurant and a driving range.
