Are you looking for a cozy tropical home with a secluded backyard to get lost in? This comfortable Hollywood home comes with a big covered deck, a barbecue area, tiki bar and very private fenced backyard. Mango and banana trees bring plenty of shade for you and your dogs. Relaxing comes easy in this setting. It's only two miles from the beach so there's a wonderful tropical breeze. Hardwood floors and tropical colored walls give this home a real Florida feel. Don't let the price fool you, I'm just trying to pay the mortgage and still use my home. It's really a cozy and clean home. It's located one mile from downtown Hollywood where there is plenty of wonderful sidewalk restaurants to enjoy an outdoor meal. Hollywood is still a nice small town and this is the perfect home to experience it from. Enjoy!

Pet Friendly home!: Dogs of any size are welcome here. The yard is very big and totally fenced. The interior is hardwood floors and tile. It's really a wonderful home to stay in. You will be so happy and relaxed here. There is usually a wonderful breeze blowing through the house from the ocean. The back deck is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the view.

This was the most comfortable home we have stayed in. We felt like it was ours. So tropical and clean and just a nice place to relax in. The backyard is unbelievable. Cocktails and barbeques every night on the deck and the dogs having so much room to run around in was just perfect.

This little cottage was perfect for my needs. My dog loved the backyard and with all the palm trees, fruit trees and greenery, you really felt like it was a little paradise! Can't wait to go back next year!

Motorcycle Riding By The Beach

We drove about 17 hours in a pick up truck pulling a trailer with 3 motorcycles to stay in South Florida for a week. When we arrived at the house, it was awesome! It looked just like the pictures on the Homeaway website. The house was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The backyard is to die for! You just want to pack it up and bring it home with you. The house is in a great location. Hollywood Beach is very cute and very clean. We rode motorcycles the entire time we were there and had a wonderful time. I would recommend this house if you are planning to stay in the Hollywood area. Now that I am back home, my husband and I are buying tropical plants to redo our backyard. Five stars plus on this rental....enjoy!!!

Very comfortable

Just got back from spending three weeks in the house. Honestly felt as if it were my own by the time we left. I hated to leave. Super cozy and nice and clean. The backyard and patio are wonderful. The neighbors were very nice too. Would definitely stay there again. If you like the beach you are in the right spot. If you like Everglades then you are only a 20 minute ride from there too. I recommend grabbing a Friday Sun-Sentinel and it will tell all that is going on while you are there. I hope the next person enjoys themselves as much as we did. Thanks Andrea!

Florida Vacation

We stayed here 2 weeks and had a great time. The house was clean and very comfortable. A great location with easy access to everything. The boardwalk on Hollywood Beach is fun but can be busy at times - make sure you talk to Andrea, she will tell you where the quieter beaches are. The backyard to the house was incredible - you will not find a better place to take a dog - she had a riot! The bed was very comfortable, you get great breezes from the ocean. There are fans in almost every room - we never needed to turn on the air even though it was unusually hot during the second week. I'de recommend Las Brisas on the boardwalk as a great place to eat. All in all, it was a great vacation.
