We are located 15 minutes south of the Cancun Airport, 30 minutes south of Cancun and 30 minutes north of Playa del Carmen. There is so much to see and do within an hour of our town it is the perfect central location.

  • Deposit of $200 per week or one night's rate will confirm a reservation, payment of balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via email. Following conditions apply to cancellations:

    91+ days prior, 100% refund.
    31 – 90 days prior, 80 % refund.
    30 – 8 days prior, 50 % refund (except Dec. 22-Jan.2, no refund).
    Less than 7 days prior No refund unless we are able to rent the time to someone else.
  • For extra guests in each apartment there is a $10 per night per extra guest charge.

Abby's condos are very well maintained and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed this place and all its amenities. The staff is excellent and will help in any way possible. We underpaid!!!

We were very happy with this apartment. Abbey is very accomodating and if there is anything you need, they are there for you. The apartment was clean, very well maintained and well stocked with pots/dishes/silverware. The bulletin board in the office was helpful to see what was going on. The price was great, staff helpful. Only a short 3 small block walk to the ocean (a little further if you want to snorkel - maybe a short 1/2 mile walk to that spot on the beach where the fish can be seen off shore without having to pay to go to the reef). Abbey provides beach chairs and towels and umbrellas - that was a nice touch too. Plus there are videos and books to use for free. We were very happy with this place will will most likely be back again. And Puerto Morelos! What a wonderful town. We love it.

Thank you Abbey, for the lovely stay at your apartment #8. It was so comfortable, clean, safe and close to the beach. JIn & Freddy were awesome. You have 2 very special people there that made everything very comfortable for us. The apartment was very large and had more than we expected. We really enjoyed the pool being right off our patio. Thanks again, we hope to return again.

I'm writing this from my lap top as I sit in our apt in Abbey del Sol. The apt is in a great neighborhood and very picturesque setting. Great area - not even a block from the beach. Place and people are really nice. The grounds, pool,etc in tip top shape. Feels very safe. The Wi-Fi is a nice touch. We rebooked for next year.

We LOVED Abbey del Sol Too- everything was perfect! Our apt #7 was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Abbey and Jim were so helpful- reserving cars for us, restaurant recommendations, told us about hidden mayan ruins to see- just all around nice people and it shows they enjoy what they are doing. PM is a beautiful gem- the beach, the food, the people. We highly recommend staying at one of Abbey's apartments, you will not be disappointed! We returned 3 weeks ago and we already miss Mexico!!!
