Aventura is located along U.S. Highway 1 (near the Atlantic Ocean and is considered part of the Miami metropolitan area. A visit here means you are just minutes to all the excitement of Miami and South Beach, which is one of the most well known beachfronts in America. South Beach’s Art Deco District is located here, with its’ eclectic mix of restaurants, chic boutiques, outdoor cafes and nightclubs. Nearby Miami Beach is a palm shaded, wide sandy beach perfect for swimming and sunning, and the boardwalk that lines the beach.     There is a $120.00 cleaning fee paid at check-in
    $300.00 refundable damage deposit.

    Reservation Process:
    50% of total amount is due, along with signed rules and
    rental agreement, within 7 calendar days of booking to secure unit.
    Final 50% of total is due and paid 21 days prior to occupancy date.

    Deposit is not credited toward rental, but refundable within 14 days of your departure, after satisfactory inspection of unit
