Loaded with amenities which includes upgraded tile and hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs area, two 42' wall mounted plasma TV one in the family room and the other in the master bedroom and a private in ground pool and spa, just to name a few. The 'Las Vegas Getaway' gives its' guests the feeling of home away from home. Absent from the noise, glitter, and over crowdedness of the strip, yet close enough to enjoy all that the Strip has to offer.

I had the opportunity to experience something much different from what I usually do when I go to Vegas. My family and friends really enjoyed this trip because it was an extremely stress free and laid back vacation. If you're looking for a relaxing trip and also be able to hang around the casinos, this is it. The property was nice and provided many of the basic amenities of home such as clean sheets, towels, paper towels, cleaning detergents, and so on. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the pool cleaned and the owner was very helpful in assisting us with contacting the pool cleaner within a couple of hours. I will definitely consider coming back to this place. Oh.. and one more thing this location is very close to the M Casino, they have the best seafood buffet I have ever eaten in Vegas for a very good price.

House was clean and liveable, only issue I had was trying to get the pool heated we caled the owner numerous times with no luck, he finally did respond but we could not get it resolved, he promised a discount but never saw some kind of credit. Probably will not use his services again if he never resolves my issue.

Perfect Location/heated pool/spacious home/ 8 days

Owner was great to work with and did follow up with getting missing items. Excellent heavy duty washer and dryer and owner provides detergent which was an added plus. Owner worked with us to get the heated pool and hot tub swimmable by the 3rd day and it was perfect after that. Vegas did have their first snow in a decade and record low temps the 8 days we stayed. Neighborhood was silent and peaceful. Location was quick access to everything..strip for shows or Sunset for cinemas, grocery stores everywhere. We did day trips to the West Rim Grand Canyon..very beautiful but expensive. Skiing at Mt. Charleston which was great but busy. Best Dam Tour at the Hoover Dam that was sort of worth all the money. Circus, Circus for the rides...definitely buy the bracelet. Shows were not worth the money..NY much better. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely recommend this property to our friends if they were traveling to Vegas area. Spacious home with 3 bathrooms beats crowded hotel suites anytime at a fraction of the cost for a family of 7 with 4 teens. Thanks.
