THE VILLA:
Coral Cay was recently purchased in July 2006 and entirely remodeled in December 2006 as a luxury vacation home. The Great Room is surrounded by large sliding glass doors which open to the pool and the wrap around deck offering panorama views of the ocean. 50” plasma flat screen TV has cable and DVD player for you to enjoy. Open the sliding glass doors to take advantage of the Caribbean trade winds or turn on the A/C on those hot days. The kitchen was renovated in 2005 and comes complete with stainless glass stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The large hardwood cabinets are fully equipped with all your cooking accessories and with an assortment of dinner ware for all your dining needs.
As you walk out the glass doors, you are greeted by a wrap around porch offering panoramic views of the ocean. Relax in the private pool and relax in one of the chaise lounge chairs as you watch pelicans dive for fish in the waters below and listen to the waves crashing feet below you.
THE BEDROOMS:
Coral Cay has 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first is off the Great Room. Rich dark wooden furniture sits on large Spanish tile flooring and is complimented with green and yellow tropical sheeting. A large sliding glass door allows you to walk out onto the wrap around deck or to relax and read a book on the front lawn. 2 sinks and separate toilet area make it convenient for a couple to have their space, as well as the bathtub and shower option. A 42” plasma flat screen TV is cable ready. Your own A/C unit within the bedroom allows you to control the temperature setting to your own personal liking.
The second master bedroom is on the upper level. The white marble and wood furniture is complimented by light blue bed spreads and Caribbean décor. A 42” plasma TV and DVD player will keep you entertained but the walk out deck overlooking miles of ocean and down island views might be more interesting.
The 3rd bedroom is on the upper floor. White wood furniture against tasteful yellow bedroom linens make this bedroom unique and fun. There is no lack of amenities with a 42” plasma TV and DVD player, cordless phone, and individual A/C unit. The large glass sliding door opens onto the deck with magnificent ocean and down island views.
The 4th bedroom is also on the top level. Bamboo style furnishings and rich dark tropical linens make this a warm and welcoming bedroom. The 42” plasma TV, DVD player, cordless phone and private A/C unit are all included, but there are some added features. A Playstation 2 with games will keep the kids (and adults) busy. The sliding glass door opens to a private walk out deck facing ocean views of the West.
