The cottage, made of wood boasts exceptional views of the ocean and beach. Part of Kinney Shores, the community consists mostly of families on summer holiday. There are two ocean side bedrooms as well as 3 other bedrooms. There is a newly renovated kitchen and an interior porch that is great for watching the sunrise.

The house is located in the Kinney Shores community, which is just south of Old Orchard Beach. Old Orchard Beach consists of amusements, carnival games, great pier food and a boardwalk. The beach is decidedly more busy but serves youngsters well. Every Thursday evening at 9:30p fireworks are set off in downtown Old Orchard, and you can see them from our house. There are major shopping outlets in Kittery about 30 miles south of us on I-95. There are also more outlets 30 miles north in Freeport, the home of LL Bean on I-95. There are several lobster shacks as well as antique shops in Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. President Bush's estate in Kennebunkport is only 20 miles away and makes for a great trip if you like scenic views.
