Beach for playing and Intracoastal for fishing are mere steps away from your front door. Disney World is approx. 60 miles. Golfing, airports, shopping, and restaurants. Located on the barrier island nestled right in the middle between the intracoastal and the ocean of sunny Florida. The following is a link to a map quest site showing the exact address and the relationship of our neighborhood privately owned access docks for the innercoastal as well as the ocean.

Very nice vacation location

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we even had enough room for my parents to visit one night. The beach was close and not many people there at all. The pool was very nice. The dock was fun and we actually caught some fish. The bikes came in handy as well as the boogie boards. Definitely recommend this house if you want to just relax near the water.

Family Re-union Fun

We loved staying at this home in the quiet neighborhood of La Costa Village in Melbourne Beach!. Our grown children and their fiancees were with us and we had a fabulous time together--we hadn't done this family-style since 2001 when we had just our 2 kids with us for a week in another house further down the beach. The home is beautiful with every imaginable amenity. The gas grill is old, but we got it to work and it was part of the adventure. Our son loved being able to walk down the street to the dock and fish--he caught 7 big ones!-- and we all loved the screened in patio and inground pool! Especially since the beach surf wasn't swimmable due to the hurricanes. The weather was sunny though, except for just one rainy day. Lovely breezes on the patio. We liked being back in the neighborhood and met some of the great neighbors! The beach was only a short walk in the other direction from the dock;we made several trips a day to beachwalk or just watch the impressive surf. Near the end of the week we saw sea turtles hatching and had some good "shelling'. The Publix market was just down the road. This home was also a convenient to many other stores and shops. We had a great time and great memories! Wonderful property and homeowners!
