This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a short drive from the beach, shopping and recreation. This home provides comfortable accommodations for all families, even those with young children. Eat-in kitchen has all major appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a pull-out sofa and a day bed. The house also has a washer and dryer. Outside is a screened-in patio with a heated pool. Yes - a heated pool in FL because the weather is not always warm enough to go swimming. We have plenty of inflatable rafts for adults and children. In case you have young children, the house has a pack 'n play, highchair, jogging stroller, umbrella stroller, exersaucer, 'Johnny Jumper' and lots of toys. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included. Utilities are included. Pets under 20 lbs. are welcome.

Property was everything you said it was. We especially enjoyed the pool and the recliners to relax in at night. It was reasonably close to shopping and the intercoastal. It was a quiet, restful month...

A perfect spot

We rented this property for Christmas and New year period, a bit worried as we live in UK and had no possibility to visit the area beforehands and din't know the owner.
The owner was very responsive to our emails (and, as foreigners, we had quite a few questions!).
We found a very nice house, clean and well maintained (we even had a pointsettia bunch on the table to welcome us), with a very nice pool. Our children spent their time in it, even though we had 2 days rather cold (in the 40/50s), as it was heated.
We didn't go out very much as we spent a lot of time visiting around and driving back for the meals, but we saw tens of leaflets about restaurants in the welcome book.
You do need a car (most of you would probably say "of course", but it is something probably forth mentioning for Europeans), as the house is in a residential area... which we found very advantageous, as the surroundings are very quiet (except the fireworks on New Year's eve but hey, that's probably everywhere!).
A lady came twice to check if everything was OK with the house... I would definitely recommand it to a friend.
