This charming Cape Cod style home has breathtaking views of Lewis Bay. Staying here is truly an experience in relaxation and beauty. You can walk across the street to the beach. No more loading sandy feet and toys in the car. Located in Hyannis Park, West Yarmouth, this property is within walking distance of the ferry docks and Main Street Hyannis. Features include a large, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living room, dining room, front and side enclosed sun porches, four bedrooms with two queens and two twin rooms and two full baths and one half bath. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Our enclosed outdoor shower has hot and cold water. The upstairs bath has been remodeled with two pedestal sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower. A backyard patio has a gas grill and Adirondack chairs for your outdoor parties. Verizon DSL modem with wireless router is available free of charge..

Whale and seal watching tours are available as well. We are located in the mid-cape section in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all the attractions. The Cape Cod National Seashore is just minutes away with its beautiful beaches. West Yarmouth has several great sound beaches with reasonable weekly passes. A public boat ramp is only a few blocks away. History buffs will enjoy a trip to Plymouth and Provincetown as well as the JFK museum in Hyannis.

Great neighborhood!: You are going to love this neighborhood. Our southern exposure provides us with cool breezes off Lewis Bay all summer. Our large yard gives children plenty of room to play, and the quiet street is perfect for biking or walking. We have two adult bikes in the garage waiting for you. The beach is just a few steps away. We have the beach chairs and sand toys for your use. Don’t forget to take a bag to the beach in which to keep your seashells. There are millions! Lewis Bay is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Kayaks and fishing boats can be rented for the week. Birders, don’t forget your binoculars! Song birds and water fowl abound. Enjoy the beauty of the seashore.

This house was in a perfect location for children and going to the beach. Sunrises and sunsets were an added attraction. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The front sun porch was our favorite place to sit. The beds were comfortable. We will go back.

We were their with our children and grandchildren. they just loved it. the beach is very close and private. the water was clean, the house is wonderful. Beautiful views of lewis bay. the perfect cottage for Cape Cod. We will be back next july they loved it that much oh did I mention the welcomebasket nice touch. Bikes for the girls to ride, nice yard for a kiddie pool for the 2 babies...We just loved it

Ocean views, gorgeous fall sunsets. Close to town

This property is close to downtown Hyannis, ferries, private beach and many resturants...only a 15 minute walk. This is a terrific location and great value for harbor views, especially for boat lovers. All bedrooms have water views! The house was definately "Old Cape Cod perfect" for us. We spent hours on the huge front enclosed porch just watching the world go by. This rental was fully equiped, very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. There were even bikes in the garage for our exploring rides around the neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for more. We even got gift baskets with snacks, jams, local maps and guides, and wine !! Loved our "home away".

A great location - perfect for small children - Our granddaugter especially enjoyed walking over to beach after breakfast and nap. The house is comfortable with ample space for everyone. The porch and kitchen table was our favorite spot to sit and look out at the water. Sad to be back in the real world.

Back Again!

Last year was so enjoyable and relaxing we knew we had found the right house and are returning this summer for another great vacation on Cape Cod. The location is superb! The short walk to the beach every morning with coffee and beach chair in hand made our day. With older & married children who wanted to be more on the go, they were able to hop in the car and be anywhere in a very short time. The house is filled with charm and character
and we loved it!
