House style:
Interesting details abound in this house. The decks have unique copper panels with artistic Hawaiian breadfruit silhouettes and salvaged old growth redwood ship railings. The use of salvaged bronze portholes throughout adds a subtle nautical flavor to the Hawaiian setting. Ohia posts add a special Island feel to the fantastic ocean backdrop. The bathrooms are appointed with custom tile or redwood showers, Bali style vanities with copper sinks and all showers have either a porthole window, corner window or skylight. All bathrooms come stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as beach towels. There is an outdoor shower, tiled with imported travertine, surrounded by tropical landscaping. For your convenience the laundry room is equipped with gas washer/dryer. The 12' deep pool with waterfall and 10 person hot tub offer views of migrating whales or giant surf. The pool offers safe refuge from the frequently unsafe swimming conditions on the North Shore.
