Driving up the 750' private drive, you will see a unique Scandinavian Scribed Log Lodge located on a hill-top. The 36' front porch and balconies offer extra spaces to relax and enjoy the 40 mile views and sunsets. Two of the five bedrooms have walk out balconies. The master suite has a tile shower and a jacuzzi tub. Other bathrooms feature claw-foot tub, double sinks, tile showers etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, jenaire stove, etc. The warmth of the massive scribed logs is a welcome sight after a long day. This unusual 3400 sq. ft. artisan home is located on 56 private acres with groomed xc ski and snowshoe trails. Use the trail maps to explore the trails. The kids will enjoy the toboggan hill, the tree-house and the 100' zip-line. Located just outside Belmont, convenient to Okemo and Killington, Pico, Magic, and Bromley. Rent the whole Lodge, or by the room for a romantic get-away.

Belmont Ski Lodge is a treat

Great ski house. Modern kitchen, roomy dining room. Great woodburing stove in the LR. It is listed as 4 BR + Den, but the Den was actually a 5th BR. We had 16 people and everyone had a bed. Very private and secluded. The house is completely WIFI, and has a large HD TV with Satellite dish. Great sledding hill in front and in back of the house. Also, very fast sledding on the long driveway (which was snow packed) -- the kids loved this. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived, and showed us the ins and outs (very pleasant and helpful). Only 12 minutes to Jackson Gore at Okemo. We had a great time. This is a truly great find in Vermont.
Owner's Response: While everyone typically enjoys the uniqueness of the facility, families with kids (big and small), seem to be the perfect fit, with sledding, zip line, tree house, and many xc ski and snowshoe trails to explore.

Beautiful & Spacious Log Cabin Home

We stayed here for a week last winter with two other families and plan to do the same next winter season. It is truly a beautiful, spacious home with so many extra amenities. All of our children had so much fun on the zip line and sledding down the hill in the front yard. Jackson Gore/Okemo (one of our favorite places to ski) is only minutes away. The owner is very kind and cordial and made our stay very enjoyable.
