Separate outbuildings with laundry and covered parking. 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with two full-size beds, 1 bedroom with single bed and trundle, plus downstairs library with single bed and trundle. 3 baths/showers. 3 separate WCs. Large, oak-beamed ceiling, open plan living room, dining room, kitchen. Separate cosy living room with satellite TV, DVD & VHS players, CD & cassette stereo. Internet enabled PC with WiFi.   • The housekeeper lives about 300 meters down the road. She will meet arrivals, show them the basic functions of the house and pool, take the deposit and hand over the keys. Included in the price is one mid-week cleaning as well as final cleaning and laundering of sheets and towels upon departure. Additional cleaning can be negotiated with the housekeeper. Phone charges are metered and will be collected by the housekeeper at departure.

Notes: There are two washing machines and a dryer in the outbuilding plus an outdoor clothesline. Covered parking for 3 cars. Although there is no air-conditioning, the under-the-floor heating also allows cooling to -5 deg C from ambient. Swimming pool has solar-powered electric cover in accordance with French safety regulations. The heated pool is usually available from mid-May through mid-September, but may be available earlier or later in the season upon request. Parasols for shade and pool furniture are provided. There is a hammock for relaxing in the gardens. Private in-house catering can be arranged. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.
