Historic English Country home, Circa 1820, located one block from Queen Street in the heritage district. Avalon is less than a 2 minute walk to the Shaw Theatres, fine shops, the lake, golf course and world class dining. It features a heated private pool, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 fireplaces. This charming house which has been tastefully restored, is covered in Trumpet Vine and English roses. It has been beautifully furnished and features hand knotted area rugs and many antiques from the area. There are original wide plank pine floors throughout the home and exposed wooden beams dating back to when the house was built in 1820. Although full of original charm, respecting the homes history, Avalon is well equipped with all modern amenities such as high speed Internet access, Ipod docking station, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning, jacuzzi tub and 2 fireplaces.

There is:The Shaw Festival Theatre, World Class Dining and Spas, fine shops, golf is 2 blocks away on the lake at 'North America's Oldest Golf Course'. Historical landmarks, beautiful gardens and horse and buggy rides through town. It has been called 'Canada's prettiest town'. Close to Marineland, Jet Ski, Zoos, Great Wolf waterpark, Darien Lake amusement park, Skylon Tower, Casino Niagara, Fallsview Casino resort. Niagara Falls is a 15 minute drive and Toronto is an hour and a half.
