New, beautifully furnished luxury golf lodge condo, complete with garage, set in an exclusive gated community on the lush, tropical barrier island, Hutchinson Island on Atlantic Ocean by Ft. Pierce, 400 yds. from the ocean and 200 yds. from the Intercoastal. Amenities include par 3 9 hole golf course, five heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, tennis club, tiki bar, clubhouses, beautiful seafood restaurant overlooking the ocean. There is a recreation dept. which provides many more fun activities such as boccie, shuffleboard, bridge and many more. Walk miles on an unspoilt beach, see turtle nests and if you are lucky hatching baby turtles. Surf, boogie board, or fish in the Atlantic Ocean on our private community beach or go a few miles down the island and snorkel the natural reef at Bathtub Reef. Book a boat ride to spot dolphins or do some deep sea or intercoastal fishing. Fabulous local restaurants, easy driving distance to most stores and outlets.No pets.

  • Bedrooms luxuriously furnished. Bedroom 1 has has TV with cable and on suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with the bunk beds and one single bed also has a small TV with VCR. In living room there is a three seat pull out couch that sleeps two adults should you have guests. There is plenty of linens provided for all beds with extra changes of linen. Bedroom 1 has a large walk in closet, bedroom 2 and 3 both have good sized closets. All bedrooms have a chest of drawers and night tables, chairs and radio alarm clocks.

Notes: Ideal for retired couples during the months of November through April. There is a large and very active community that stays here at this time and there are a lot of social events around this time. This is an ideal time when we would like to encourage long term renters to enjoy the beautiful warm Florida weather and escape the colder climates elsewhere. Rentals during this time need to be minimum one month. From April through October is a younger and more family orientated time when our youngest guests would have more friends and activities of a similar age group. We accept shorter rental periods at this time.

Golfer's Delight. Florida is known for great weather during the winter months. Especially for great golf. Condo is situated on a par 3 nine hole golf course. In our gated community and you have full access to this. Within a short driving distance their are two golf courses on the island and more on the main land. Those nearby towns of Stuart and Vero Beach offer excellent golf courses too.

Great fishing.: Boats can be chartered for sea or intercoastal fishing. Party boats also available for spotting dolphins and manatees. Great fishing on beach or on the intercoastal.

Water sports: There are many water sports and activities available at the Marriott resort just down the island. There is water skiing, jet ski and boat rental. Surfing and boogie boarding very popular here and snorkeling on the natural reef at Bathtub Reef.

Great place for families

The location had everything within short walks to relax and enjoy the nice weather. Some type of biting bugs were around though and seemed to enjoy 3 out of 5 of the people in our family.
The unit was perfect, had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

Great Condo

We stayed at this condo last year for mother's day weekend, celebrating
our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The description of the condo is very accurate. We found it to be clean and airy, spacious and accomodating. We were able to play tennis, swim in the ocean and the pool and order a lunch poolside which hit the spot. We also had dinner at the restaurant in the community and the service was exceptional. The condo is fully stocked with everything a family or group could need and we would recommend it for a great vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
