The open airy floor plan with large windows, skylights is perfect for socializing with family and friends. Dining room seats up to 10 people. All community rooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, media room are on first floor. Bedrooms on top level and in finished basement. This home is perfect for corporate retreats or off-site planning meetings that enable groups to escape from it all.     Weekends = In the off season (except Holidays) $2,500. Deposit for Weekends $1,000.

    Holidays/Long weekends: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King, Columbus Day, Super Bowl = $2,500 - 3,500.
