This apartment can be divided into 2 suites. A couple mey rent just one suite. Two couples will need both of the suites. Each suite has its own bath and bedroom. The kitchen may be shared by both suites.

Within walking distance: You can walk to the Surf Ballroom, Band concerts, shopping, parks with playgrounds, antique stores, beach and fine dining most within 2 blocks of this home. There are festivals almost every weekend in City Park. Each level has its own heating and air conditioning.

This Victorian is all that it's cracked up to be. The pictures are up-to-date and exactly reflect the reality. I stayed there with 3 other adults and we were totally comfortable with the accommodation. It is very close to tea room, restaurants, the park, lake, shops... and garage sales! We especially enjoyed the band concert in the park and walking along the lake. Beds and all the furniture are comfortable and clean. And Edwina, the owner, surprised us with a freshly-baked rhubarb dessert. Yummy! We would happily stay there again.
