Two bedroom and one bath(second bdroom converts from Den by using full size futon) In Indian Palms Country Club a gate community. Indio, Ca. 92202. Two pools, Spa ,Tennis, Polo grounds Feb thru April are within 1 mile. TurnKey. Wet bar and covered parking. all furnishing, TV, Satellite, 5.1 surround Sound, all cooking utensils, dishes. Washer and Dryer in unit. Two patios. Beautiful green surrounding. Views of mountains. 30 Minutes to Palm Springs. 2 hrs LA, Many Indian Casinos near by. Small pet with a deposit. No smoking inside unit. Many shopping centers and Outlets near by. Many activities to keep you busy or just relax. Rate is $2450 per month. We will consider shorter periods of time at higher weekly rates of $875 per week Jan thru April. Oct thru Dec $2200 per mo. $700 per week. May thru Sept $1600 mo and $600 per week.
