Our stunning villa is situated in a prime position located in an exclusive residential enclave containing homes worth over $1 million in its newest Estates section. Our South West facing back pool and patio area offer an oversized heated pool The pool deck has a view over one of the biggest lakes on Briarwood. Ideal for BBQ's or early evening cocktails. There is outside lightning in the pool and around the deck. The living room has 2 cream leather sofas with coordinating tables and lamps. A 16 foot span of sliding glass doors afforda a great view of the pool and lake beyond. There are 2 dining rooms with seating in each for 6 guests, The kitchen area can cater for 12 guests. granate worktops.

The Master suite King bedroom and living room wrap around the lanai and pool to create inside/outside living.

The villa is certainly 'home from home' and just 10 minutes from the beaches and Third and Fifth Avenue shops and fine dini

Briarwood is a lovely sub-division to take your vacation, just 10 minutes from the sugan sand beaches

Third and Fifth Avenue shops and fine dining are also 10 minutes away.

The local Publix Supermarket and mall includes Starbucks Coffee House, Chinese Takaway, Dry Cleaners

and various other shops are just 5 minutes away.

Marco, Sanidbel and Captiva Island are around half an hours drive away, Miami Airport around 1 and half hours

Disney is approximately 4 hours drive.

St Petes and Sarasota can be reached in a day, or you can go by boat ride or small plance from Naples Airport

to Key West.

Restful Royal Palms,Briarwood.

Royal Palms is set in the lovely Sub-Division of Briarwood, which has a 24 hour manned gatehouse, when we arrived at Royal Palms we found it to be just as we had expected but more so, the decor is very tasteful and we loved the oversized pool with the lake view, our family enjoyed many a BBQ watching the sunset with a cool glass of wine, the children made full use of the pool and we appreciate the pool toys that had been left by the owner. The beds were very comfortable just what you needed after a busy day at the beach, there was even a buggy which came in very handy for the early morning walk to the children's play area.
We ate at Spanky's and The Cheesecake Factory, also Bonefish Grill that was recommended to us by Eileen. We will certainly we back again for our Naples fix again next year. We all thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Have just arrived home to Norway (and the cold) after 8 beautiful days at Royal Palms. We arrived to a clean and very orginized house with a intruction book wich made everything very easy from day one.

We where 7 people include 2 children of 1,5 and 4 year. The house and the property was perfect for us. Royal Palms had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. 4 beautiful beedrooms, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen wiich also include baby chair, platic glass and plates. Baby bed, and pool toys for children. And may be the best of all, a big heated pool where we spend a lot of time. The BBQ where in use almost every evening by the pool, properly because we loved the house so much.

But, if you want to go to the beach, restaurants or shopping, it`s only 10-15 min drive away.

We will absolutely recommend Royal Palms to anyone for a relaxing holiday.
So, once again. Thank you Eileen for let us renting this beutiful place.

Fantastic stay at Royal Palm

We were thrilled when we arrived at Royal Palm and it was a nice touch that there was even 2 Christmas trees in the lounge to greet us.There was lights around the pool area as well and the pool was lovely and warm.
The property was clean, well maintained, beautifully furnished and the garden was lovely overlooking the lake. It was situated on a very quiet gated community which I enjoyed walking around admiring all the beautiful trees and greenery.
The property was very convenient to everything in Naples which is a beautiful place.
We would highly recommend the property and Naples. We would definately visit again.

Lovely relaxing break!

Just got back from Naples and loved the place.
There where 6 in the party, myself and wife, plus two grown up children (ages 21 + 24) with their girlfriends. The accommodation in nicely set up with a large master bedroom on one side and the way the other rooms are spaced the couples each had their own bathroom and privacy. the quality of the beds and furnishings was all good.
The property is very easy to find off the I 75 and the guys at the gate/lodge are helpful. The entire place was painted pretty pink... you cant miss it.
The house enjoys a great position with an open view over a lake at the rear.
The pool was heated and the BBQ was used a few times whilst we where there.
Despite going in March, the weather was lovely - nice and warm without being too hot.
We did lots of shopping, eating out, beaches, and being in Naples there is always stuff on. EG I went to a classic car show whilst there, we did the ICE Hockey another night .... and we were only there a week!
Naples is relatively upmarket so whatever you want is there.
Drawback for me are you really need a car for everything. Even Publix store is a car ride away.
Would go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Royal Palms Luxury Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms. The villa was exactly as described - spacious, very clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. There was a good supply of towels (bathroom and pool/beach) and the sun shade, cool boxes and mats were great for spending a day at the beach. Our daughter (3 1/2) particulary appreciated the DVD's, toys and pool floats. We also made good use of the free internet access.

Instructions on how to use everything were very clear and everything worked! The villa has a lot of helpful information about the local area. A local contact number was also provided in case of any problems although we had no need to use it.

Booking was also straightforward and the directions and instructions provided were clear and accurate.

Naples has beautiful beaches and a lot of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. It has a wide variety of restaurants across all price ranges and everywhere we tried was very child friendly. There is a convenient and well stocked local supermarket so that you don't need to waste time in searching for anything that you might need. There is also excellent shopping within easy reach at the Coastland Centre and the Miromar Outlet Mall both of which have a play area for young children.

We would recommend Royal Palms to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a luxury villa.
