We've just returned from a 2 family rental holiday, in Sunsetview Villa, Highlands Reserve. Our party included the following, 2 pensioners, 4 adults, 2 big teens and a 6 & 3 year old. The house was fantastic, very well equipped, especially for people with young children, everything you would need was there, my friend appreciated the plastic cups/plates/cutlery that you can only use with young kids! Nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable
The house is in a lovely position with a beautifull lookout over the conservation area, nice pool area and again plently of pool toys for the kiddies.
We found it very convenient for driving to and from the theme parks, and enjoyed all of the kitch and glitz along the 192 with the neon lights etc. Every type of food imaginable was available on the way back from the parks
A new shopping area is opening down the road at the junction with the 27/I 4, just 5 miles away, JCPenny opened when we were there, and there are plenty of other big stores such as Target and Best Buy, if like us, you are from the Caribbean and need to "serial shop!"
The Publix store (2 min drive) had everything you would need plus plenty of eating options there, the Indian resturant was good and a meal would be ready for collection in 10mins
We had a problem with the air cond when we were there and the managing agents were there within 10 mins of our phone call, the problem fixed within 24 hours
All in all this is an ideal rental for anybody visiting Orlando,
it will provide a comfortable return from the "Disney madness!" we have all recommended it to our friends and it will be the first place we book when we return!
