This charming, one bedroom beach bungalow is located just three blocks from the beautiful San Clemente pier and the most gorgeous sand beaches in Orange County. It's a 5 minute walk to downtown where you'll find great restaurants, shops and day spas. No car necessary here! This apartment is decorated in a contemporary beach style with bamboo blinds, restored hardwood floors, and relaxing neutral colors. Ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom keep the ocean breezes circulating throughout the house. The living room features a comfy microfiber sectional sofa for lounging after a day at the beach, and a giant HDTV. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and is stocked with everything you'll need to comfortably prepare meals. The bedroom is furnished with traditional mahogany furniture and queen size bed with pillow top mattress and 1000 thread count sheets. A huge mirrored closet and ample drawer space make the bedroom comfortable for a stay of a month or more.

We had a fantastic and most relaxing vacation. This bungalow charmer is well appointed. It has all the comforts of home within walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a must for our annual San Clemente holiday!

Adorable Beach Bungalow

My husband and I just returned from Nancy's beach bungalow and we had a wonderful time. The place is ultra clean, the bed is comfy and the place is charming and in a fabulous location, 3 blocks from the San Clemente Pier. Lots of great restaurants and perfect weather completed a wonderful stay. Thank you, Nancy!

My family and I totally enjoyed staying at this wonderfull vacation rental. It is exactly what the description and the pictures depict. Even though it is only a one bedroom the couch in the living room easily sleeps 2 adults. The owner was very nice, helpful and understanding. We liked staying here so much that we are planning on booking it again for our next vacation!

Location, location, location!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here recently, Sept 2007. What a charming bungalow-extremely clean, especially the bathroom which is important! Comfy bed, comfy couch-big TV. Not that you'd watch it much b/c this house is about a 5 minute walk down to the gorgeous San Clemente beach. We had plans to drive down to San Diego but ended up on the beach more days than not! There is a washer/dryer in the back of the place, chairs for lounging on the beach and beach towels. Also a cute little front porch with a bistro table-nice for relaxing in the late evening with a nice bottle of wine. Great restaurants within walking distance: La Gallette Creperie, El Ranchito (YUMMY MARGARITAS!!!), Beach Fire, Selmas...you won't go hungry! Also easy to hop on the Pacific Coast Highway from El Camino Real. Also great shopping within walking distance! You can't beat the rates on this bungalow. Thanks Nancy!!!

Stayed at this property during easter 2007 for 2weeks, the photos dont do it justice, its brilliant. We totally loved our time here and found the villa perfect for our 2week break in gorgeous San Clemente. Walking 4mins down the road to the pier most evenings, watching the sunset, chillin on the beach and eating at the Fishermans resturant, great great great. Also the main shopping strand in San Clemente is charming, close enough to walk, and has everything you could need. Nancy made our stay so easy and was extremely helpful. Will definately be considering going back and staying here again!!
