Villa Soleil Maya is a charming custom home built in a contemporary Mexican style. It is located on a quiet cul de sac in beautiful Playacar just minutes walking distance to electrifying 5th ave in Playa del Carmen. Casa Soleil Maya is surrounded with all the wonderful enchanting qualities of beautiful sunny Mexico. From the local artwork which you will find throughout the house, to the breathtaking backyard which features a wide variety of plantation, trees and birds. It also features a private pool and lounge chairs for sunning. The palapa is a great place to find some shade from the sun and to enjoy a nice cool drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A pathway leads down to the tennis court and still to another pool where once again you will enjoy the beautiful plantation and scenery. Just a couple of minutes past the tennis court you will find the all inclusive beach club hotel ( The Reef club ) where you will have free access to enjoy their beach front.

The Mexican people are so nice and noble. I love this place and would like everyone to experience it. If you rent a car you can travel to beaches that are so quiet. 20 minutes to Xpu-ha beach, 30 from Tulum, beautiful cenotes, Eco parks like Xcaret, everything for everyone. People from everywhere visit Playa and the Mayan Riviera.

Additional information about rental rates

  • weekly rates from 1675$ to 3400 for beautiful 3 bedrooms villa in playa del carmen, Mexico riviera
  • Rates do not include 10% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
    Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 350. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
    We prefer your reservation be paid with check or money order.
    We accept VISA or MC with a 5% processing fee. Paypal
    A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
    Cancellations made 60 days before arrival are 50% refundable, within 30 days non-refundable at the owners discretion. Cancellations and refunds are based on the ability to re-rent. A cancellation fee of US 150 will apply.
  • Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
    No pets allowed.
    No smoking inside the property.
    Three night minimum stay.
    Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if it's possible. All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
    Maid service is TWO times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $30 per day.
    At the time of final payment you will receive an email outlining the additional services we offer, including airport transportation. Please let us know at least a week in advance which services you would like us to set up for you. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home.

Golf course across the street: Playacar has its own golf course and spa, The new Maya Koba PGA golf course is 15 minute away, golf lovers are also having a great vacation. The reef club hotel is a few minutes walk from the villa. A daily pass is available for free (to use the pool or beach chairs) For an extra charge you can enjoy the all-inclusive food and drinks until 5 PM

Our favorite beaches: Our favorite beaches are everywhere around, If you like a beach in the town of playa del carmen with music and food, beautiful people, restaurant, bars, lounge chairs, if you prefer quiet and having the beach to yourself it is all available close by. If you like vacations with and adventurous edge. If you like family activities, or just visiting the Mayan and Mexican culture, all is there. Its great!!!! ; )

Quiet Paradise

I have been to Playa del Carmen once before for 2 weeks and had stayed right in town at another beautiful hotel called Tortuga.This time we were bringing our teenage daughter along with another couple who were bringing their teenage daughter as well who we went the first time with as well. We tried to rent Tortuga but found it a little more than we wanted to spend basically due to the number of people going. We started to look at renting houses but had never rented a house before or could find no reviews on houses we were looking at. Long story short we found this house and the price was very reasonable. We had no complaints about the house it was very spacious, had all we were looking for as far a cooking the occasional meal and was very beautiful with the back yard looking onto a jungle type vegetation with a backyard pool.This house was located in Playacar so it was a little walk to town but it felt good to walk off the big dinners that we had. If you were tired you could take a very short cab ride for only $5.00 so location was good, quiet if you wanted it or go into town to party if you wanted to. The 2 teenagers had a room and we had a room and the other couple had their own room each with own bathroom so like I said the house was very spacious. There were little things that were not perfect for example the safe did not work and a couple of screens were broken but really this did little to change the my outlook on this house or our vacation here. The staff who included a maid every 3 days and the pool staff and gardeners were very friendly and very helpful as one of the gardener helped me program the cell phone that was left at our use if needed. The management staff that looked after renting this house to us as well were very friendly and always would stop by to check to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to also make sure if there was any problems they could help us with. In conclusion my review on this property is excellent and I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone who has family or like us 2 couples. I love Mexico and will be back for sure and would definitely rent this ohuse or another similiar house in Playacar.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Perfect villa at the right price

We were pleasantly surprised by this villa located within walking distance of the beach and 5th avenune. Playacar is a very nice place to stay and we were very happy with our choice of villas. The house was clean and was on a quiet street. There is a house being built next door so there was some unexpected noise from the construction but it did not significantly interfere with our vacation. The only 2 disappointments about our stay had to do with the cell phone and beach access. We arrived on a Saturday evening and had much difficulty getting the cell phone to work. Additionally, the access pass that we needed for the beach was not waiting for us so we had to place a call (which was tricky given our phone problems) to the rental office and wait for them to come by with the access pass. These two inconveniences were minor and had nothing to do with the home itself. I would definitely stay at this villa again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
