Nassau Street is a great street during the day: Nassau street is so busy that it becomes a street mall during the hours of 11am -2pm and is closed off to motor vehicles!! There is so much to see! 120 Nassau is located between Beekman and Ann streets.

The 5 of us stayed in this apartment in may. we had a great time! it's only a short walk away from the NYSE and ground zero, and just a few steps away from the subway. there are more than enough restaurants, delis and supermarkets close by. the apartment is spacious and clean, there was more than enough room for us. lee, the owner, was very nice and helpful. will definitely recommend to friends, hope to come back soon!

Perfect aparment

This apartment was perfect for my family a group of four adults and two children.

The property was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Lee provided excellent service, by instantly fixing a little problem we had with the air conditioning, it wasn't broken, being from Ireland we were not operating it properly (it's so cold here we never have any need for air con.)

The location although in the southern part of Manhattan is readily accessible by the excellent Fulton Street subway station.

I would recommend this apartment to any visitor to New York.

cheap, large, modern, clean, local amenities! TOP!

flat is a stones throw from the NY Stock exchange so really quiet area over the weekends and not too busy / noisey throughout the week. Literally 10 mins on 2/3 line to midtown, subway 2min walk. Tele and sound is awsome. Nice modern interior with friendly cleaner. Only downside is the AC is very noisey. However, you only need it on for 20mins or so before the flat cools down so you can turn it off at night and be comfortable. easy to organise and collect keys etc.....highly reccommend it!!!

We stayed at 120 Nassau St early April; it is a great apartment and location, quiet central to everything. Lee is very friendly and accommodating...we loved our stay! We loved NY and will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great time the whole week and we very much enjoyed staying at the apartment. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Only regret I had was in forgetting to leave a tip for the maid. Apartment was spotlessly clean and would have liked to have shown my appreciation - will sort something out in due course.

Thanks again for all your help in making it a great week for us!
