Charming 1920's storybook house on quiet street with enormous back yard, at the foothills of Griffith park (tennis, 3 par golf course, hiking trails, playground, zoo and observatory) and just blocks from great shops and restaurants of Los Feliz Village. Los Feliz is part of Hollywood and is considered one of the hottest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The house is beautifully furnished, has hardwood floors, fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, wireless Internet, and cable TV. Includes separate recording studio/writers studio/office with its own patio. Available for rentals weekly and monthly
