You will love our luxurious, clean, quiet and private studio with custom, hand milled, hardwood hickory floors and walnut cabinets. This lovely studio is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town near the corner of 30th Street and 6th Avenue. The local downtown main street area is a 15 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk across a beautiful suspended walking bridge.

Great studio in durango

from the warm hickory floors to the comfortable king bed, we loved this gem in Durango! the area is quiet and inviting, just a few minutes away from downtown and easily accessible. Our host was very friendly and we can't wait to book with them again! Thanks so much!

Ideal Studio

This is a nicely and tastefully appointed studio apartment in a wonderful location. It is located at the edge of Durango, and is a short and beautful drive away from Purgatory Mountain. It is also a short drive to Historic Downtown Durango.

With private offstreet parking and easy access to the mountains, this studio is an ideal place for an active couple or single person. The king size bed is a perfect resting spot after a long day of skiing, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, or simply brewing a pot of coffee.

The only negative statement I can make is that the television is small, and there is only a single chair to lounge on. Beyond that, i would highly recommend this place.

The owners were very helpful, and promptly returned the security deposit.

The location was excellent in that we could walk to the Animus River Trail very easily and we could then walk down town. The property was as advertised. It was clean, well-maintained and spacious for a studio apartment. We liked having a full-sized refrigerator and stove. We also liked the policy of leaving behind and thus sharing with the incoming vacationers our uneaten staples. We enjoyed going to the Saturday morning farmers market. I would recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful site for an extended Durango vacation:
-Convenient to the Animas River trail (approx. 3 blocks to trail)
-Convenient to free trolley downtown & back
-Comfortable and well-appointed property
-Excellent bed
-Small, but daily outdoor activities made the property a cozy, quiet, and welcome refuge
Excellent variety of good restaurants throughout the city
