Ormond by the Sea is a lovely quiet seaside community often called the sparkling city by the sea. Known for its’ exceptional quality of life, Ormond by the Sea is conveniently located in the northeastern corner of the east-central region of Florida. We are centrally located by Daytona Beach to visit Daytona USA home of NASCAR and the Daytona 500. Just to our north is wonderful St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States for shopping and sightseeing. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are an hour's drive away. In Ormond Beach visit Tomoka River State Park and tour 'The Casements', home of John Rockefeller.

A perfect house for a beach vacation

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a week this summer. The beach, neighborhood and accommodations were perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. The beach is beautiful and quiet with a fabulous community deck overlooking the ocean. I especially enjoyed being close to the scenic "Loop" in Ormond. The loop is a 21 mile stretch of residential road and "old florida" landscape perfect for cycling, hiking or a slow tour by car. The home is within an easy drive or walk to restaurants, shopping and Daytona Beach destinations. We even took a day trip to St. Augustine to shop and see the sites. This is a wonderful rental home in a great location.

We have stayed at A Beach Home on several occasions. The home is clean, and set up with everything you need. The beach is a great place for everyone, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. The neighbors were welcoming and we love eating next door at Betty's A1A cafe.
