Escape to our custom Plantation style Cottage in an exclusive NorthShore area, just south of Kilauea town and it's famous Lighthouse. This newer constructed luxury cottage is situated on 2.76 acres of private and serene grounds. This acreage is shared with the main residence approx. 300 ft. away, with the garage and lush tropical garden in between, so very private. This charming retreat has incredible ocean & mountain views from every window with a full wrap around lanai/deck. The interior is approx. 500 sq. ft. and accented with Asian inspired furnishings, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, cherry wood cabinetry and granite countertops. There is a queen bed, living and dining area and kitchenette… fully equipped with ½ size refrigerator, double hotplate, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker and a BBQ. The bathroom has travertine floors, cherry wood cabinets and a custom shower stall. The Cottage also has ‘WIFI’ internet access, Cable TV and a Washer/Dryer on the back lanai.

We hopped over from Oahu with some guests. This home was a great layout and provided space for all. The split plan made it great for our group. There are gorgeous mountain and ocean views. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is better in person. There is plenty of yard for kids to play in. It is located between the North Shore and Kapa'a. It was somewhat central if you wanted to explore the island from one landing spot.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
