Lovely studio available for $175 per night - sleeps up to 4 comfortably. It's located in a quiet neighborhood on the Upper Westside. The fully furnished kitchen is separate from the living room. The full-sized loft bed is easily accessed by built-in steps and an air mattress is provided for 2 more guests. Bedding & towels provided as well as complimentary coffee and tea. The apartment is equipped with a TV, VCR/DVD/CD, cable, high-speed Internet and air conditioning. For a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay - this is it! Conveniently near an express subway stop (on Broadway and 93rd), 1/2 block from Riverside Park, 4 blocks from Central Park, a 10 minute subway ride to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Chelsea. Very easy to get around town from here! Wonderful location and apartment

Apartment was as described and located only a short 5 minute walk to the subway. The owner answered all our questions before we arrived and accomadated our early arrival and late departure. Thank you!! She also gave us a full layout of the apartment and how everything worked. The weather was quite cold and rainy. The apartment was warm and comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We visited Columbia, NYU and Juilliard in two days. Will recommend this apartment to others wishing to visit NY and will try to stay here again for spring open house at Columbia.

Excellent base for NYC Stay

Myself and my fiancée stayed in this apartment during a week long break in NYC. We were looking somewhere that acted as a nice base to further explore the city but also provide a good place to chill out and have an evening in - this studio apartment provided both.

The studio is clean and well stocked and can easily sleep up to 4 at most. It's location is perfect, right beside a subway station and near a host of shops and restaurants giving you plenty of choice without having to go downtown, which in NYC makes a pleasant change for an evening!

The landlord was a fantastic host, answering any and all questions we had and leaving as much information as possible - if you plan on staying here and need to know something in advance, ask!

Definitely recommend staying here and were I staying in NY again, I'd seriously consider staying here again!

Fantastic property

We stayed here during a week's holiday in June. It was perfect for two people but could have slept more.
The studio was perfectly located on a lovely quiet street but just a block away from subway stop, grocers, newsagents, bagel shops, liquor stores etc etc.
The apartment itself was a good size with a great kitchen area, bathroom, lounge with TV/DVD, telephone etc. It was very clean and had everything we needed such as towels, linen, maps, directories. The landlord was very helpful although we didn't need to contact her at all during our stay, she left a brilliant welcome pack with lots of info about the city. We didn't explore the local area too much as we usually hopped on the subway and headed downtown, but there was no shortage of things to do/places to eat etc. Riverside Park is at the bottom of the block and offers some great quiet time. Central Park is also in walking distance. We are hoping to go and stay again next year as it worked out so well for us.

Terrific Studio

Spent 6 nights in this studio and was extremely pleased. Very convenient location, 1 1/2 blocks to subway, 4 stops from Lincoln Center, shopping, groceries all available in neighborhood. Studio well maintained and equiped. Residential, family oriented location, was able to run in Riverside Park. Highly recommended.

Simple Perfection

I recently stayed here for short girls weekend in the city. Upon arrival we met the owners who were wonderfully polite, helpful, and friendly. The studio was very clean, stocked, and well-maintained. The location is great, a very short walk to the express subway station that brings you right down the center of Manhattan. The area was very quiet, safe, home to a lot of families walking their pets and pushing their kids in strollers. Very short distance from a nice market, and many places to eat. The owner sets you up for success by leaving a binder full of restaurants and information that you may need during your stay.
I describe the rental as simple perfection because we felt that we paid a great price for this place that had exactly what we needed to make a comfortable and fun girls weekend! We definitely hope to go back again for another visit to our favorite city! I will note that we were not able to connect to the internet using our laptop. I am sure the owner would have helped us with this, however, we were just too busy to ask. We enjoyed our time spent in the studio and would recommend it to others as well.
