The apartment is located at El Soto de Marbella above Elviria and is in large and mature private gardens which include a 9 hole golf course with clubhouse restaurant, bar and sports facilities, (gym, sauna etc.) The apartment is on the first floor with views over the coast and the Mediterranean. The spacious living room of the apartment has a satellite receiver and a large flatscreen TV; the room opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the gardens and the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with marble floors and air conditioning. Secure underground parking is provided below the apartment with lift access. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds (that can be moved together to form a double bed) in the second bedroom. The extensive Elviria Beach is 10 mins drive away and is one of the best Marbella beaches, family friendly but with plenty of facilities. There are 15 golf courses within 30 mins drive. Marbella is a 20 min drive.

The apartment is on an urbanisation in the hills behind Elviria with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Elviria is a village located on the coast 10km east of Marbella and 45 mins drive from Malaga airport. Elviria has a good range of facilities, shops, banks, supermarket and a number of good restaurants. Apart from the 9 hole golf course on site, the Santa Maria golf course is 10 mins away and there many other high quality courses in the area. The immediate surrounding area is a protected cork oak grove and the Ojen National Park is nearby. The nearby town of Marbella can offer everything from luxury shopping to a lively night life.

  • A non refundable deposit of £150 will be required to reserve a single week booking; for multiple weeks a deposit of £100 per week will be required. The balance is payable two weeks in advance.

Notes: The apartment was completed in 2004 and is part of a complex with its own 9 hole golf course and tennis court plus a fully equipped club house containing the fitness gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Although the apartment is on the first floor, access is available directly from road level without going up or down steps. The large living room area is equipped with satellite receiver connected to a large widescreen, flatscreen television and there is another smaller TV in the main bedroom. The Terrace/Balcony faces east and is ideal for the morning whilst remaining habitable in afternoons and evenings at the height of summer. There is a gas fired barbecue on the terrace for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

How to find the apartment: The apartment is at grid reference N 36.523087; W -4.741262. From Malaga airport take the coast road towards Fuengirola, Marbella and Cadiz - do not take the toll road (peage). Drive through Fuengirola and after a further 20 kms (approx) you will spot the Don Carlos hotel on your LHS. It is one of the tallest buildings around with a large neon sign. The Elviria turn off is by the hotel. Leave the coast road and head inland. You will follow a dual carriage way for a short distance at the end of which is a roundabout. Take the right fork at this roundabout and follow the road uphill. After approx one Km the road crosses over the Autoroute. Continue uphill for a further 3 to 4 Km until you see a large green sign advertising La Mariena painted onto a white wall. You turn right at this sign and follow the signs for El Soto. At the end of a winding road is a small junction - turn right and keep right keeping all the apartments on the LHS until you arrive at El Soto, Block 15.
