This luxury home is aprox 5000 square feet. It has a huge open floor plan with Big views of Stratton Mountain as soon as you walk in the door! Everything about this home is very upscale! Custom kitchen, huge teak island, Viking & DCS appliances. There are antique pine floors that are heated by radiant heat through out the main level. 2 large stone fireplaces, A huge great room, 10 FT antique pine dining table, large windows overlooking Stratton Mtn, a mahogany deck, barbecue and large New outdoor HOT TUB! 1 50 inch & 1 60 inch Flat screen TV along with Dennon stereo receiver, DVD and Bose speaker system. There is another large TV area on the bottom floor along with a Pool table, Foosball, Xbox, Wii and Bose system for the kids! We also have a private parking pass and private ski locker that are available for purchase during your stay. Rentals go quick..so email us.. Prime rates apply to all Holidays.   • Winter Rate for house: $1250 a nt to $2500 a Nt for wknds & holidays and $700 to $1250 a nt for wkdy
  • Our rates are based on demand, if you have questions or would like to make an offer, feel free to contact me. I own all of this property personally and will negotiate depending on the day, month and length of stay! This home rents out all year, every year well in advance, so give yourself plenty of lead time! Holidays are in huge demand and prime rates do apply. I will discount for stays more than 3 nights! Off weekends during the winter are still in high demand for this home and rates range between 1250 and 1600 a night depending on length of stay. Once all weekends and holidays are booked and (they will be), I will offer discounts to fill in any mid week days available....so please do not hesitate to inquire..

    Winter Rates For The House Are $700 to To 2500 a night

    Fall Rates For The House Are: $750 To 1100 a night

    Summer Rates For The House Are: $3500 a week, but we do rent by the night and Monthly

Notes: Many of our renters choose to hire a cook and house keeper. We would be more than happy to arrange this for you if possible. Our home also has wide open space and a master bedroom on the main level making our home wheel chair friendly. Normally we do not allow pets, but we might under certain conditions...so please ask. We also have high speed Wireless Internet through out the house. We try to leave things in our home that are normally not found in rental homes such as high end linens, high end cook ware, high end furniture, DVD movies, XBOX games and more. All we ask is that you treat our home with respect and as if it was your own. There are spices and cleaning supplies kept at the house, but we ask that you replace what you use! This makes it fair to all of us! We Do have access to outdoor Pool in the summer!!!!

Over 300 million dollars were invested by Intrawest to develop this Luxury first class resort. Boston, Connecticut, New york and New Jersey are all located with in a couple of ours of this destination! Whether, you come to ski, snow mobile, play golf ,play Tennis or shop in Manchester, you are sure to Love Stratton Mountain!

**High End Shopping Outlets** and Restaurants: The best part about Stratton is there is something for everyone! Near by Manchester Village hosts plenty of restaurants, antique shops and high end outlet shopping. You can find such stores as Five Seasons (The largest Lilly Pulitzer Store in The country),Ralph Laren, J Crew, Brooks Brothers, Theory, Michael koors, Orvis Flagship Store, Armani and Bose just to name a few. Stratton Mountain Village also has many shops, restaurants and even a Spa for those who need to relax after a great day of activities. We highly recommend Muligans Tavern, Mulberry Street, The partridge and Strattons finest restaurant 'Verde' located at the Landmark at Stratton Mountain. We are also a stones throw away from Mount Snow, Okemo and Killington Mountains if you feel the need to venture. Saratoga and Lake George are located just an hour a way and are great places to visit in the summer months! Rain or shine and hopefully lots of snow, there is always things to do at Stratton MNTN

The Perfect Family Getaway.....

This home is understated on the website! The pictures don't do it justice! The views as soon as you walk in are beautiful. The house is done beautifully inside and out. The open floor plan accomodated our families of 18 with room to spare. Huge Great room, tastefully decorated as an upscale ski home, large fireplaces and the absolutely gorgeous kitchen were just some of our favorite things about our stay! The house is loaded with ammenities and the owners have stocked the house with everything and more than you would need. It was the perfect place for a large family or group to stay. Hot Tub overlooking the mountain was our kids favorite! as well as the pool table. We would come back year after year to ski with our families and have already booked next year! The only negative is that it took us 2 ski seasons to finally get a reservation...It books up fast! This is one of the nicest rental homes we have stayed in.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

What a gorgeous house!! Everything was immaculate and state of the art. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated, amazing floor plan, great fireplace, fabulous kitchen, comfy leather couches. The only way to improve would be to redo the downstairs bathroom - the others were so great.
