    Renters have the option of paying a $250 cleaning fee and just walking out the door; OR pay $200 fee and do the following: wash and dry at least one load of sheets or towels; clean all dishes and kitchen utensils; leave the grill clean; dispose of all opened food items; put all trash into supplied tie bags; put furniture and accessories back where you found them.

Notes: Our elevator is large and goes from the ground level to the 2nd and 3rd floors. We have a great fenced back yard for a safe play space for children. The Serenata Beach Club offers 3 pools, one of which is heated in winter, many children's and adult activities, great dining room and nice work out facility. Check with the manager regarding fees.

Optional Membership to the Serenata Beach Club: Our guests have the option to obtain a temporary membership to the Serenata Beach club. This delightful, oceanfront facility is located approximately 6 miles south of Seawatch. The club has three huge pools, including a heated pool in the winter; structured activities for kids, a fine dining room, work out facility, and rentals of kayaks and other ocean toys. Tenant members also have golf privileges at Marsh Landing Country Club. Check with the rental manager regarding fees and procedures to use the club facility.

We are located within a 15 minute drive of a number of public and semi public golf courses, including the following: World Golf Village with two courses; The King and the Bear, and The Squire and the Hammer St. Johns Country Club South Hampton Cimmarone Royal St. Augustine Ponte Vedra Golf Club Marsh Landing (Serenata Members only) Jacksonville Beach Golf Club Windsor Parke

Our family stayed at Seawatch the week of Nov 1-8, and we were delighted with the house. So many times a rental does not match its advertising, but Seawatch was beyond our expectations. It's a big, cozy and modern house with a gorgeous kitchen, elevator, garage and all the equipment needed to make your stay a pleasant one. Having experienced a disappointment with a rental three years ago, we were apprehensive about what to expect - we were delighted. Thanks, Judy, everything you said about Seawatch was right on.

The rental agent was extremely helphul and courteous in arranging the stay. The house was in fair condition when we arrived but needed cleaning for rugs and upholstry.
The house was located in the middle of nowhere and took 15 minutes to get to any civilization. The property was directly on AIA and noisy all day long with cars roaring by.
The lower deck had no view because of foliage. The back yard was old mulch and poison traps. The elevator was broken.
Bedrooms and baths were extremely small. Bedroom TVs in most rooms were about 15 inch.
The price was reasonable but I would not recommend this house for anyone looking for something more first class.

Had our family in from Cincinnati, and Alabama. This was the most amazing, relaxing time we have ever had. The house is wonderful and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone comfortably. With planty of privacy and peace. Thank you Judy for this amazing experience!!!

What a great vacation! Seawatch was everything we wanted and then some! We loved the home - it was spacious, warm and what about that view! We loved the kitchen - it is truly a house for entertaining and gathering, as we did with our friends of some 20+ years. Ponte Vedra is a great beach to shell and enjoy the sunrise and natures wonders. We will definitely be back (got to go to Caps and The Reef for all that good food!)

Our Seawatch vacation was absolutely WONDERFUL! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, walks on the beach every day. sitting on the beach, hunting for shells. It was the perfect house for a gathering of our family--plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was just great, with all the appliances/utensils you could want--just like home. From the youngest to the oldest, we thought this was the best beach house experience we've ever had. We definitely would like to come back again!
