This neighborhood boasts that every home has an ocean view and this home thanks to its Brand New Renovations has views of the Point Of Cape Fear and a short run down the hill to the ocean. Has 4 bedrooms /5 Baths 2 Jacuzzis and 2 kitchens. The home has 2 carts one six seater one 4 seater , has both memberships available. This home has everything you need, When we did the renovation we left the original kitchen in downstairs which is great to have 2 ovens and 2 frigs for your vacations and the people in the crofter can have utilization for this kitchen
