This lovely 2,000 square foot 4 bed three bath private home is located in a gated community called Aviana in Davenport, Florida. It is just minutes from the I-4 interchange at Champions Gate. Quick access to the parks and luxury living combine in this lovely home. Large bedrooms provide spacious living, and the living and family rooms are equipped with elegant furnishings, three TVs, a VCR/DVD player plus much more. The attached pool is fully enclosed providing quiet privacy for your family as you lounge poolside. New amenities include wireless internet access and unlimited long distance phone calling. Resort clubhouse with pool, playground and work out gym also available. Renter must be at least 25 years old. A Minimum stay is 5 nights. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Our home is located in a gated resort community called Aviana in Davenport, Florida. It is just minutes from the I-4 interchange at Champions Gate and is just a 15 minute drive from Disney World Property. It is also a short drive from Sea World, Universal Studios and Kissimmee. There is great golf at Champions Gate and Providence which is across the street.

Beautiful house, great location

I stayed there last year and the place was perfect. The house is spacious, modern and clean. There is a lot to do in the house (pool, game room) and a nice area to watch TV. It is close to all the major Orlando attractions (20 minutes) but feels like you're away from it all (secluded neighborhood).
The neighborhood itself is very nice. Highly recommended, especially for families with children. Owner offered (and may still have) a crib for my younger child.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
