Stratton Mountain SLOPESIDE condo. Great for 2 families. Our condo is an end unit w/a private entrance & has 3 floors. Each bedroom/bathroom & family rooms have their own zoned heating. 4 bdrms, 3 full baths. 1 Queen (1st mbr), 1 Full (2nd mbr), 2 twins on lower level & 2 twins & 1 Trundle in cozy loft. 2 fam rms, 3 TVs, 2 DVD’s, 1 stereo, 1 fireplace. New kitchen fully stocked. Full size washer/dryer. Dining/Great room w/large sectional sofa. Linens are provided. 2 Decks front/back of unit. Tables, chairs & grill for summer use. This is ski off ski on, walk across private rd to lifts & ski home. Walk to Slopeside Rec Center to use outdoor hot tub & game room, heated pool in summer. Village & Stratton Mountain Sports Center (passes needed from owner) in walking distance. Association does Not Allow Renters to bring dogs. Owners are ALLOWED to have dogs & we own a dog. Every effort is made by the cleaning staff & ourselves to remove dog hair. Cyberrental #226041 for rent next door

We stayed in this lovely home for 1 week over the new year period and could not find fault. Great location ( when there is enough snow on the road you can literally ski to the front door ).Large, clean, beautifully furnished, lovely and warm with all the conveniences for a great ski holday. Would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We are very happy to share our home and Stratton Mountain with fellow skiers, golfers and just the folks who enjoy the mountains during any season. The golf is superb with many courses within 40 miles. Hiking is endless on the Appalachian and Long Trail located at the top of Stratton Mountain. There are numerous swimming holes providing a wonderful treat for those used to pools.
We try to provide everything needed for an enjoyable stay no matter what the season. Ther are ample towels for the hot tub in winter or the heated pool in the summer. There are sleds for use right out the door on the slope by the condo. Come enjoy and relax.

Great property - easy to book - close to slopes just a walk across the parking lot to get to the ski trails and lift.
Layout is ideal for 2 or 3 families. Short walk to Stratton Village
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
