Rustic. Natural. Removed. A romantic retreat... An artist's paradise. With spectacular sixty mile down-island views of the Virgin Islands, you may never leave the pool to walk down to the beach. Come get away TO it all! For active tourists & pool-potatoes alike. The pool overlooks... everything. Twenty-five acres of privacy, rolling down to a lagoon which backs onto famed Zoni Beach -- where it's crowded if six people lie on its mile of perfect sand. Antique Plantation House comes with WiFi Internet, blender, linens, towels, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Surround Stereo, orange trees, palms and mahogany. Beach is a two minute drive away. But please note: the deer, wild horses, and iguanas belong to the island.Several friendly cats are outside. We rent to infants only with Indemnification for pool. Locals speak English. Ask us about Discount DaySail Charters. Temperatures range between 65-88 degrees. Sea temps between 80-85 degrees. And pina coladas are best served frozen!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Puerto Rican sales tax is added to total and cleaning fee is charged.
  • An additional first two night deposit is required. The deposit is totally refundable one month after departure, so long as there are no damages or long distance phone charges. Nine week cancellation notice necessary for deposit refund.
  • Rates vary from a low of $250/night for a one bedroom rental during offseason to $600/night for the entire home and a maximum number of guests of 8. Most bedrooms have its own bathroom and is a separate unit so we can rent to couples or larger groups. Only one group is ever renting the property at one time, ensuring privacy. We just lock off the other bedrooms for smaller guest rentals.

Notes: There are several delightful cats on the premises. They work very hard to keep the house critter free when the house is empty. They are very friendly and when guests are there, the cats are only permitted outdoors or in the Great Room (not in the bedrooms). Abbie, our caretaker, comes by every few days to check on the house and the cats. Please feed them out side and don't feel obligated to let them into your bedrooms... but you can if you want.

OUR Pets and YOUR Children: You're responsible.: Visitors will find several lovely cats on the premises. They do 'critter control' when the house is empty. They are permitted in the Great Room when guests are present (not in the bedrooms). We will be asking you to feed the cats, though the caretaker will come by every few days to check in on them and the pool. Also, due to the pool, we cannot rent to children under the age of ten -- unless their parents sign an indemnity clause. This clause indemnifies Owners and their employees from any harm that happens to their Children. NOTE WELL: The pool and the house sits up above the landscape by about 20 feet. Injury can occur to anyone who falls from the deck or pool. The Pool Ranges From 4 To 9 Feet Deep And Injuries Can Occur If Renters Are Not Vigilant Or Are Careless. Do Not Dive Into The Pool. Do Not Sit Or Climb Around The Edges Of The Pool Or Around The Edges Of The Walled And Balustraded Deck. Thank You.

The property was excellent. It has such a beautiful view of Zoni Beach and the Islands, that we were all the time at the house and on the infinity pool (that was really spectacular) and never want to go outside the property.The property was clean and well- mantained and it has everything you need, so you only have to take the clothes you are going to wear. I really recomend the property to anyone who wants to relax in a beautiful place. It's very peaceful there and we have such a good time, that we would rent it again. A perfect property to rent.
