This split ranch with private 16 x 36 pool is the perfect vacation spot for the small family or couple looking to escape the rigors of Manhattan or city life. It's blocks from a private access beach (pass provided), and the interior has been freshly painted in beautiful, beachy colors. The bedrooms all have brand new, Sealy Posturepedic Empower Queen-size mattresses, box springs and linens, and the furniture is new and clean! You will forget you ever worked, once you settle into this secluded, wooded setting. There is no other listing on this site as economical and as readily available. All rentals considered. Days, weekends, weeks, or full months. Rates are less than hotels in the area, but with the comfort and privacy of a beautiful, secluded home.

Enjoyed our two week return to the relaxing, lovely, Springs area of East Hampton. Clean, comfortable house. Walked on ocean beach and ate pizza at Sam's. Fun.

We had a great time in the hamptons...the house was great. Pool was great and the beach was very clost. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was perfect for our two small families.

Loved the pool. Comfortable cottage with some nice amenities. Owner was responsive. Michael's restaurant was outstanding.
