Situated on the desirable community of Tuscan Ridge, with a communal club house, volleyball pitch, and a children's play area, this is a perfect location to really enjoy all that Florida has to offer, coupled with a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a magnificent setting. Having all the comforts of a luxury home, including air conditioning and a private screened heated pool, the villa will sleep up to 10 people in comfort and is under 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and just a few minutes from Highway 192 with all of it's attractions, shops and diners. For golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate development, which is only 5 minutes away. Also close by, is the Interstate 4 that provides easy access to and from airports and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.

Tuscan Ridge is Florida's newest vacation villa location situated just off US Highway 27 and a few minutes from Interstate 4 (I-4) on the western side of Kissimmee surrounded by beautiful orange groves. Tuscan Ridge is ideally situated only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport at the gateway to all the major attractions. Walt Disney World is only 12 minutes drive away with the Universal parks a further 10 minutes drive along I-4. Close to Tuscan Ridge along US27 there are a vast array of eating establishments and shops, and for golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to the newly completed champions gate development which includes Greg Norman signature courses and The David Leadbetter School of Golf.

this home is a well maintained and very clean, its in a great position not far from the attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing, the home is in a lovely sunny position, there is a small hedge running around the garden area making the pool area nice and private.
the owner of the property was very helpful, and more than happy to answer any questions i had. i was given very clear driving instructions to the porperty. and inside the villa is plenty of information on local activities, dining and shopping.
our overall experince of this property, was excellent and if available i would certainly book it again.
