Beautiful Brooklyn with all the restaurants, Boutique, Cafes, Museums, Parks, Brooklyn Academy of Music. Brooklyn has become one of the hippest places in New York city. All the beautiful Brownstone, Concerts in the parks. This very Multicultural part of town has a lot to offer. Easy access to Manhattan on the A and the C train. 15 minutes to lower Manhattan. Soho, The Village, The lower East Side, lots to do . Shopping great restaurants. Don't forget our Landmark Juniors must try the cheesecake it is world known 25 minutes to Midtown to the theater district 42nd Street. A must do Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge to see New York. The apartment is 10x20 has been renovated with luxury in mind. Beautiful bathroom setting. Recess lighting. Huge windows to bring lots of light in. Hardwood floors. Located in the Stuyvesant heights area. Great block, lovely neighbors.

Great area to look at the architecture. There are a lot of historical houses to look at on Hancock St. Jefferson ave, the entire area is full of brownstones with lots of original details. Close to the Brooklyn Museum and also the Children's Museum. Lots of Caribbean culture. The memorial day parade and all. Brooklyn Academy of Music is 15 minutes away. The Fulton Mall for Shopping pleasure, Dekalb ave with all the great restaurants. Once you get on the train Manhattan awaits you. 15 minutes and you are in the city to the Twin Towers, the Staten Island Ferry. Midtown is 25 minutes away Time Square 42st. If you lie the beach you can take the long Island railroad to the beaches like Jones Beach, and Fire Island, simply beautiful beaches. Brooklyn is where it is at. It is convenient to all the spots you need to be in.

TERRIFIC. It should be enough but I know how reviews are important as I personnaly based my choice on them while preparing my trip.I spent a whole month in this apart. with my family and I wasn't disappointed.The property owners make you feel home on the arrival.Lucerne an Jean-Marc answer any of the requests and are really, definitely,absolutely considerate and nice people. The whole NYC is of easy access from this location as the C-train is less than 10 minutes walking. A place I highly recommend.

A lovely apartment - only 10 minutes walk to the subway which gave excellant access to Manhatten and all the attractions. There were good local facilites with small shops just around the corner and a decent sized supermarket a 5 minute walk away. lThere were more shops and places to eat all within walking distance. The property owners were always on call if needed. I would highly recommend walking accross the Brooklyn bridge - get off at high street stop on subway A - for the most amazing and iconic view of Manhatten.

We spent a long weekend in New York. Though our main focus was on Manhattan, we decided to stay in Brooklyn. It turned out to be a very good choice. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and charming. Lucerne and Jean-Marc are very nice and attentive Landlords. When walking through the neighborhood, the first thing that came to my mind was the good old Cosby show. Whatever this may mean, to us it gave a warm feeling and we enjoyed walking around there at any time. The trip to Manhattan is easy via metro and takes roughly 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

I spent a wonderful week in NY with my daughter. We enjoyed a lot of things and a good part of this success was due to our location: very nice and helpful landlords, comfortable and clean apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet, secure, with a small town atmosphere, but within 20-30 minutes walk and subway you can be in Manhattan.
Last but not least, the price is quite "human".
