This immaculate 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 7th floor condo will provide the perfect winter nest for a couple of active snow birds. Located on a protected yacht basin at the end of the Grand Canal, you can view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from your balcony. You'll love watching the dolphins, boats, people and occasional manatee come and go from your bedroom or your enclosed balcony. You (and the best neighbors in the world) can enjoy swimming in the heated outdoor pool, reading or relaxing under the waterfront gazebo or fishing from the community dock. Boat rentals are available in the yacht basin on an hourly or daily basis or a boat slip is available for rent if you prefer to bring your own boat. You can be on the Gulf of Mexico boating or fishing in a few minutes. Anclote Island and adjacent sand bar are just a short hop by boat from your back door and their boat-only access means that on some days you may find yourself the only humans visible on the beach. Sorry-no pets.

Notes: This unit includes a private beach club membership but is not directly on the beach. The unit does not have a washer/dryer inside but laundry facilities are available on each floor. While condo is set up with two adults in mind and condo association rules limit this unit to 2 full-time occupants, a sleeper is available for family-type overnight guests who would be comfortable passing through the master bedroom to get to the bath room. The condo complex is not adult-only but it definitely has a 'mature' feel. There is a heated pool (no life guard on duty) but very little room for children to play outdoors safely as this complex is directly on the water. There are many parks and other activities nearby that children would definitely enjoy however. If you plan on having short-term visitors who would not be comfortable with such intimate sleeping arrangements there is a hotel within easy walking distance or we also own a 2B/2B, canal front home that is occasionally available short term
