Beautiful and Large three bedroom, three bath, fourth-row home located in the South Beach Area of Sea Pines Plantation. Only 200 Yards to the beach via private walkway!! Total remodel of the outstanding home in 2005 including new furnishings and gourmet kitchen. Located on a private lagoon with large entertaining deck, outside dining in a covered porch with grill. The home has one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds and one sleeper sofa. Easily accommodates eight people. 47 inch LCD flat panel TV in living area! Very short walk to South Beach Marina for shopping, dining and water sports. Private pool and complimentary tennis also located at South Beach Marina. Short drive or bike ride to Harbour Town. Wonderful location for relaxation with family and friends, yet quaint enough for a couple.

Great stay in any weather

Spring break was colder than we hoped, so the beach was a limited option with sand blowing everywhere, BUT the condo was great..clean and convenient to beach, lagoon, biking, quick dinners out in S.B.etc. We had a great time!

What would make it better-- beside warmer sunny weather??
a fireplace you could really use in the colder weather...it was filled with plants...so we hesitated to try, a wee bit harder mattress for the Queen Bedroom (oh my lower back!) and better beach chairs...only two worked...and they were pretty beat up.
Owner's Response: Thanks Nancy for your nice comments. Sorry I can't control the weather!! It's very unusual for the weather not to be spectacular at this time of the year. You must have hit a cold front.

We are going to replace the beach chairs and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
