This New Port Richey waterfront home is located in the exclusive Gulf Harbors community and includes beach pass allowing access to the private beach and use of grilles and cabanas. A golf course is located in the center of the community with several others just minutes away. Several state parks are close by with a good selection of beaches and children's play areas. Relax at the house and enjoy beautiful waterfront views, fish, BBQ, relax. The house is also equipped with wireless internet via Verizon Fios for those who need to stay in touch.

Great property, great owners!

The owners of the home were very helpful and very nice! The house was small, but comfortable. They had everything that we needed there, including beach towels. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the beach, as it was too cold! (The community was nice, but the neighbors were not friendly at all.) This was the first vacation that we have been on where I didn't have to call the front desk to get the cleaning people back in as soon as we arrived, or spend 2 or more hours cleaning before I would eat or sleep in the place! I was impressed with that.

It was close to nature trails and parks, and not too far from Busch Gardens.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
