The Villa Ravel was completed in June 2004 and is located in the best area of San Sebastian; with spectacular views of La Concha Bay from its fabulous terrace, it is only 60 feet from the beach and only a few minutes away from the 'old town', the beautiful city attractions, museums and shopping areas. One of the most well known and better spa centres in the world 'La Perla' is right across the road from the Villa Ravel. This area has all the conveniences of restaurants, shops, and easy access to buses that will take you to any part of the city. The architecture is modern and comprises of three levels and a garage basement with high quality wooden floors and latest top range equipment. Villa Ravel has also a two car private garage with direct access to the home! This is something you will certainly appreciate, being able to park in the same center of the city and not worrying about parking availability, hours and payments.

We were in Villa Ravel and were really surprised for how it was much better thean anounced. Very clean and luxurious linen, beautiful garden, xxx location, great service.
And do you know San Sebastian? What a place! Bellissimo!!

Villa Ravel was a perfect vacation rental

We spend 27 December 2008 to 3 January 2009 at Villa Ravel. We wanted to be in the Basque area of Spain and need space for eight people - five adults and three children. Villa Ravel was one of the few properties we found advertised with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. After some email exchanges with the owner, we decided to rent. We have not regretted our choice for a second. The property is as advertised. It is spacious, easily has room for nine people, is well outfitted - with washer, dryer, full kitchen with all appliances, TV, stereo, internet, etc. It is also in an ideal location, right across the street from the beach and a couple of minutes walking from the heart of San Sebastian. We would not only recommend this property to friends, but would rent it again if we return to San Sebastian. The price iis also an excellent value for the rental - you could not duplicate the space, proximity to the center of town, and convenience of the full kitchen, living room, etc., for the price in any hotel. Finally, the owner called several times to ensure that the visit was going well and was fully accessible throughout the rental. In short, a superb property at a reasonable price. An A+++ property.

Fabulous house

This was an absolutely wonderful house. We had a lovely time in San Sebastian and the location of this house was fabulous. In addition, the rooftop terrace has the best view of the city. We spent four weeks in the house and would go back in a heartbeat. Both the owner and the woman responsible for managing the property were great to deal with.

Whenever renting properties abroad, there is always the fear that the rental will be far smaller than it appeared in the pictures. This was anything but the case here. Villa Ravel was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The rooftop deck offered a spectacular view of the city, and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine during sunset. Being right in the middle of town, the villa was central to pretty much everything in the city. Not having a car, the location of the villa made it very easy for us to walk everywhere. The owner is very easy to deal with and gets back to you promptly. What can I say... Great city, great food, great people and a great place to stay!
