A beautiful condominium with extensive ocean views awaits you. The condominium is on the top floor and boasts views of the ocean, dunes and the shoreline. Enjoy the beach, 3 pools, one heated, 6 tennis courts, a fishing club on the intracoastal, marina, bike paths and relaxation. The master bedroom opens up to the ocean and has an extra spacious master bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and it's own bath. The condo is minutes to golf, great dining and Florida fun. It is perfectly located in Palm Coast with historic St. Augustine and exciting Daytona Beach only 30 minutes away and all of Orlando's attractions only a little more than an hour away. Everyone will enjoy their time relaxing, enjoying the beach and pools or getting out and taking part in all of the nearby activities.

Nearest Airport: Daytona at 40 Miles
Nearest Motorway: I-95 and Palm Coast Parkway at 2 Miles
Car: necessary
The surrounding area offers plenty of golf including two LPGA courses and a course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Less than a mile away is Marineland, which offers daily marine and dolphin encounters. A little farther down is a beautiful beach, with lifeguards and a restaurant, where you can bring your beach toys and spend the day playing in the surf and relaxing. The nearby state parks offer hiking, fishing, snorkeling, picnicking and exploration of historic sites. Horseback riding is also nearby. There are also small towns along the coast with beautiful beaches that will bring you back to a quieter simpler time. St. Augustine, America's oldest city, is only 20 minutes away and is a great place to enjoy dining, shopping, antiques and all of it's historical attractions. In the other direction, is Daytona, with it's world famous beach, the speedway which hosts Nascar and the Daytona 500. Orlando is approximately an hour away and the Space Coast a little more than an hours drive.
