The Whitecap Beach House is located in a wonderful beach community known as Oxnard Shores, Oxnard - California. Oxnard Shores is located between two marinas; Ventura Harbor (5 minutes to the north) and Channel Islands Harbor (5 minutes to the south). It is also centered between all the beauty of Santa Barbara (45 minutes to the north) and all the activities of Los Angeles (one hour away). The location is perfect for those interested all ocean/beach related activities; boat excursions to the Channel Islands National Park (voted one of the top 10 natural environments in the US), kayak/sailboat rentals, scuba diving, surfing (equipment rental/purchase is close by), parasailing, jet skiing, swimming, boogie boarding, body surfing, beach combing, surf/pier/deep sea fishing, marine museums, and numerous seafood restaurants. Located just steps from the sandy beach and refreshing ocean, this fantastic two level, 1800 square foot beach house is ideal for a vacation retreat.

  • Full Payment will be required within 30 days of the occupancy date. A $500 Security Deposit (refundable), signed rental agreement, approved application, and one member of the party of at least 25 years of age will be required to reserve the desired dates. Monthly rental is also available for $2500/month rent with a $2,000 deposit required for the off season - September - May. Daily Rental is available during the off season - (2 Night minimum) @ $200/night on weekend and $150/night on mid week.

The second floor provides three bedrooms, master bedroom with California King sized bed and French doors opening out onto a distant ocean/sunset/mountain top view terrace, and two bedrooms with two twin beds in one and a full sized bed in the other.
